Will I get a ban on entry into Dubai, United Arab Emirates, if I resign from my job within the first 6 months probation period?
I am currently working in a company in Dubai with Labour LLC card almost three months, if I leave the company in this period of six months and re-test my country of origin, "I can go back in Dubai, United Arab Emirates again within a month with a visitor visa or other company visit visa? Can I ban to enter the UAE? Thanks to all the answers, I'm glad I heard what I want .. Everything you wanted and hope I'm still waiting can enter the UAE there is no problem .. Ban if I worked for 6 months time you can stay legally in the country because visa visit other business or tourist visa.
you can leave the company at any time with out notice period as it is in the probationary period, even you is eligible to enter the country of origin. After canceling his visa automatically get a job six months ban and you can enter at any time the Emirates United Arab vist visa with a personal or business visit visa. But we can not process the visa for employment in this period of prohibition, if you get the NOC of Current Employer you can lift the ban by paying a certain amount. you can try in the Freezone govt firms or companies where the work prohibition does not apply Good luck
