P87 help, I work from home but travel to our headquarters 214 miles away one day a week, i can claim this back?
I live in Lancs and type of work from home, but the trip on a Monday at our headquarters in London for our weekly meeting, then visit the clients from the rest of the week. For now, receive £ 500 per month car allowance and 13p per mile, but my car cost me 16p as running, when im up like clock 1000 miles per week in all, my home is my office, but I've not found a place of work to the tax office. its just a gentleman agreement between the employer and me, my contract actually states I work from headquarters, will be the tax office this consultation. i start counting miles my claim when I leave my house, do I need a contract for work on the house i form, if so, how I can claim the mileage to the office and back 428 per week. thank you very much, I too would actually receive 27 (40-13p) during the first 10k miles, or just a tax on it, it sounds confusing but at this rate I'm going to make 50k per year. jwaring63@hotmail.com mail pls thank you very much
As you knows you can not claim for travel to and from your workplace. Thonk not there anyway that round unless actally work and have their official home office
