I work third shift in a warehouse in Hershey!?
Folkels Hello, I'm the fattest I've been in my entire life. Currently working third shift (10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.). I am the secretary of the night, I have little exorcise sitting at my desk, and on top I work in a Hershey chocolate store! When I get home from work at 8am usually try to go to sleep Brass (not seem to work) so I can get up "early" to go out and get exorcised. By I usually end up waking up around 5pm with little achieved. My eating habits are horrible I know, I've found that getting enough sleep between Tring and prepares for work that night that only eat twice a day. Does anyone else in the same situation as I am in any advice?
I'm not in the same situation but I have advice. Try packing food to take with you …. healthy things you can overheat very quickly on the job. Try eating smaller but eating more of them. Only two meals a day is doing great harm to your metabolism …. eat like 5 or 6 times a day. Also, something like a pudding pack chocolate (its low in calories … they also have low sugar content) or "100-calorie snack packs" to reduce your cravings …. going to keep you from eating chocolate at work. And do not try to sleep right when I get home, if that does not work for you. enter a quick training after work work rather than earlier if that works best for you.
