Small Business Ideas

Any good business idea for a small town along Interstate older?
I'm in a small village of about 3000 to the right onto I-35. Does anyone have any suggestions for good ideas for small businesses. I thought of a small Internet café? Suggestions welcome
First What is your market – this can not be people driving on I-35. It has to be that people are driving and why would they want to stop. Second, What is the need being filled. Is it really necessary? Is there a way to try before spending $ $ 's that could be lost? Does anyone else do in a similar type of location (another small town) people person interview or better yet several other small towns doing something like this or similar. Third. What are your resources – to sustain. Do you have an income while being launched. I started a business once I had little money to start but I was able to work on time for 18 months while working full time. I had the opportunity to reinvest the profits back to my business. Internet Service is an interesting idea, but the cafeteria or food which I think is what will draw people in. Take a road trip and see what others are doing and tell people up to what you want and ask many questions. People love to help others. I am very happy for you and a little jealous – Owning my business was the fun than you've ever done. If you have further questions you can email me. Good luck!
