What qualifies a television program as "educational"?
We go to a backup. Breakfast and watching television. A repeat Saved by the Bell follows something else I was seeing but not seeing. Some time after the intro music, an exhibition Soundtrack of my local television affiliate said that "this program has considered education …". Are you freak'n kidding me? Who decided this, and how does this happen? In ten years we will see the same reruns of That's So Raven air? The television stations receiving federal funds to deliver a certain percentage of all the shows, educational programs?
