Pound the pavement?? All they do is turn to "'s up" to walk ins and people that grow on the lot. Your customers guaranteed – you just have to try to fill as best you can … As for sales professionals on the internet ,,,,, Well, let's see … first time you call people all day and e-mail and fax …. then you spend hours on the figures contained rental discounts and give them the price and answer questions ……….. you bend over backwards to help people while giving seriously competitive prices because you must, after all they are shopping on the Internet! There is no guarantee … You have to be good on the phone and people half of the people looking are not serious or will not be ready to buy for months. It is seriously a lot more time spent work that you're rewarded for. You still have to work for the next … but that's another job just to get people to see you!
