Are these considered as income authorized: 1) lottery winnings 2) Sweepstakes Winners 3) Poker gains of 4) File / Products investment profits 5) Income from Google Adsense 6) Marketing Affiliate Income 7) eBay auction Income Income Freelance Programmer I do not want to hinder my green card processing in any way. Is it true that you can not submit any 1099-MISC or Form W-2G on my tax return. Even gambling win makes me have one of them. I have no income of any these so far, but came close to claiming a lottery win. I intend to invest in silver. But I will not create any problem so if it is not allowed I'll stay away from it and anything like that. Thanks
I am not an immigration lawyer, so do not take my word as final answer. As a U.S. resident (Which are as they are living here and paying taxes) to be allowed to participate any Sweepstakes / lottery / lottery. So is winning the legal and are subject to tax. About eBay Meaning and affiliate marketing announcement, which are considered as business. You are allowed to invest or start a business USA. Once again you have to follow the appropriate laws and regulations. But you are not allowed to work to anyone (including you own business), but the company presented his H1B to. So you have to hire someone to work for your eBay business or run / ad sense. I know some people who run companies (like the service station), but are still in the H1B visa even has an F1 visa. I'm starting a small business. There are 2 parts to my business. It is Business to Business (To local suppliers of wedding services advertising on the website there) and the second is to get wives area to visit my website. I in a bit of a catch 22 situation. I can not seem to Brides on my site if I do not have valuable information from local service providers. I can not the local service providers to invest their advertising dollars on my website because right now there are very few visits married my site …. How can I overcome this? The premise e-mail from my site is to help local brides to find serives quality in my area. there's another local site I'll be competing with the publicity but there is not much value is itdoes not provide addresses of websites or general information on advertisers.
