Hi, My friend and I have a busines tutoring, but we want to promote it. We are in Bergen County, New Jersey and tried advertising in newspapers but they are too expensive and not many clients come to her. How else could I tell? Library puts up only non-profit service, so I can do that. my budget is about $ 200.00 thank you!

Not just those that require a fee are scams. Free registration sites can still potentially make their money only re-sale of its information in a list later. This happens very often and is legal, believe it or not. The thing is you do not know who is selling your information and if that business / industry are legitimate.
